Can't go wrong with Qdoba! Delicious food and the shrimp was on point!

2/3/24 we ordered a $78 family meal for delivery, when we received only half the order we called the store and we directed to the manager. The manager was aggressive, defensive and rude and wouldn’t listen to what we were missing, suddenly we were talking to Roxana who was polite and professional and she resolved our issue. Whomever the manager is should not hold that position, bad day or not, there are no excuses for that type to treatment toward a customer. Thank you Roxana for making things right!

Only the second time here. Order was incorrect and I ordered online. I don't understand how it can be wrong when it's ordered online and the ingredients and order are listed out on a screen, but somehow it was. Other than the $43 order being wrong everything was OK. Back to Chipotle on Peoria I guess, they ALWAYS get it right. Thought I would give Qdoba a shot.UPDATE: Reached out to owner and have not received a response.

Every time I go, I only command one side of queso and it's another price every time. 5 times it was 2¢s then it was 4something now it is 5.53 no chips just the queen. I'm waiting for the series and very polite. I hope you have a great day.

We ordered a make your own burrito and nachos. The nachos came out great, however, the burrito was placed in a bowl and there were no tortillas with the order. When we went in, there was a gentleman who was starting an argument with the employees that made it very uncomfortable. I'm not sure if we would want to continue ordering from here.
