Vesta Dipping Grill - Denver

This restaurant is bound to keep growing and attracting more customers. Situated on Blake Street in the LoDo district of Denver, it's just a bit away from the main thoroughfare. The concept of offering a variety of sauces is fantastic! I had the salmon with cilantro, jerk, and chili dipping sauces, and each one was outstanding. The black bean side dish was packed with flavor as well.

We opted to let the restaurant surprise us by ordering the Vesta Sampler. We also asked the server for wine recommendations, and each choice perfectly complemented the food. Every bite of every dish offered a fresh and delightful experience. This restaurant is definitely worth a trip to Denver!
