I ordered a big cake with meatballs. I opened the pizza when I came home. There were very little meatballs. When I called the pizzeria to complain, I was told that they cut a meatball. A meatball on a big cake. What's going on?

Food is good, but its policy of non-substitution is ridiculous and outdated. And they have no specials, no wings and blue cheese football specials... oh, and no online order... Wow! Everyone has a phone and I can't order online?
