Your bathroom is disgusting- tiles look as though the floor and walls are NEVER cleaned toilet paper all over and worse. This was in the morning’!

I’ve always had positive experiences at this restaurant, and I treat myself to Dieucks twice a month because I believe they offer the best service. However, today I ordered my coffee with light ice, and it was only a little over half full. I understand that asking for light ice means it won’t be completely filled, but this was more like they poured a large coffee into a Venti cup. When I asked an older man with glasses behind the counter about it, he responded rudely, saying, "You asked for light ice." I didn’t want to argue or cause a scene, so I left. They say the only difference between a Venti and a large is the amount of ice, which seems ridiculous to me. I’m really disappointed, as I’ve always ordered with light ice and it’s typically not filled to the brim, but this goes beyond what’s reasonable.
