Such a hidden gem! We found this Cafe on Find me Gluten Free we were looking for breakfast on our way home. There isn 't a lot in the area and certainly not gluten free. The reviews said they had gluten free bread so we figured we 'd try it. I 'm so glad we did! We sat outside on their lovely deck covered in vines providing shade. Everything we ordered always delicious. They even cooked my kids GF french toast. The kids liked it so much we needed to get a second order. This is definitely a must stop location if you are in the area .
Would I drive 4+ hours to come back to Butterfield’s? The answer: yes, for the food and to see Sasquatch the cat!! My husband and I stoped by on our way home from visiting the area!! We got to sit in the back patio which was so calm and inviting! Absolutely loved our food and drinks! We also loved getting some greetings from the kitty! The food gives that perfect homemade love-filled feeling like what your momma makes on Sunday! A must try!
Lovely experience! We were rushed for time and they let us order before a table was ready! I love drinking steamed milk because of the froth and because I mentioned this detail, they took extra time to give me a glass of hot milk that was 3/4 froth. Best part of my day!! Deliciously fresh bread!! Very homey environment with a beautiful garden and adorable free little library!!
Very comfortable place with good food and friendly service. Don't miss the back deck seating. Great coffee and treats.
