Dunkin' - Deptford

My mother visited this restaurant yesterday around 2:30 PM to purchase a medium hot cup of coffee. When she arrived, the price was not displayed as usual, so she asked the staff member how much it cost. Despite not speaking English very well, she understood when he told her it was $5. Finding this price to be too high, she handed over the money but the staff member did not give her the coffee and instead waved goodbye. Despite feeling frustrated, she chose not to involve the police as she would have had trouble explaining the situation to them. This experience has left me questioning the prices and service at this Dunkin' Donuts location in Deptford, NJ. I have always found the staff to be rude and careless with my food and money. I urge others to be vigilant about potential extra charges on their credit cards and bank accounts, as well as carefully checking their change before leaving the premises. Similar to an incident at a Dunkin' Donuts in Florence, New Jersey where I was nearly overcharged, I always ensure to ask for a receipt and count my change before driving away.

The coffee had an excessive amount of cream in it. It tasted like I was drinking hot cream.

The young woman working the night shift at this restaurant (May 24th, 12:15 am) is absolutely amazing! She is incredibly kind and beautiful, and she prepared my food exactly how I wanted it. Her customer service skills are top-notch, I would rate her 11 out of 10. She definitely deserves a raise right away! ❤️

I went there in morning and Kuldeep took my order. She did quick service and food and coffee was great. I liked her service. Thanks to Kuldeep.

This drive thru is open 24 hrs...thank you..and the girl who works the overnight shift is amazing. Perfect coffee, everytime. She's sweet, always has a smile, an makes your coffee how you want it. She's awesome ? ? ? ?
