Contribuisci feedbackWhenever you visit a fast food restaurant chain, you generally know what to expect in terms of food. In this case, the food was good and met our expectations. However, my four-star rating is mostly for the staff at this particular location. The employees at the drive-thru were exceptionally friendly, always smiling and engaging in small talk. This level of customer service really stood out to me and deserves recognition. The food, including the bundle boxes we ordered, was tasty and the service was prompt with minimal wait times. Overall, I appreciate the excellent customer service provided by the staff at this restaurant, and their kind smiles at the window were an added bonus. Keep up the good work!
On April 15th, I purchased a Mexican pizza from the Deptford Taco Bell for takeout. When I got home and tried the pizza, it tasted terrible, as if it had been contaminated with chemicals. My son also took a bite and immediately warned me not to eat it. I started feeling sick and suspected that I had been poisoned. I called the police and filed a report. I returned the pizza to Taco Bell and spoke with the manager, who offered me a replacement, but I declined. Instead, I recommended that they discontinue selling the pizzas and report the incident to their higher-ups, as I had already involved the authorities. The manager refunded my money and collected my contact information, but I never received any follow-up. The following day, I became violently ill. I have since decided to never visit Taco Bell again.
Was waiting for my mobile order inside for 30 minutes, along with another guy waiting for one, because they closed the drive thru. Our order came missing items. Never had this experience at a Taco Bell, would give a zero if I could.
This Taco Bell has the nostalgia factor at work for me. In college I worked at the two Marriott hotels right down the road and my former coworkers and I would take turns buying each other tacos. It was super unhealthy, but again...college. Unfortunately Taco Bell is my guilty pleasure. Whenever I 'm out of the country, it 's my main craving, so when I return I tend to go on a TB binge. I was most recently here a few days ago. They 've renovated semi-recently. The folks working the drive-thru were ridiculously friendly and really wanted me to fill out the survey. Probably should 've. Ah, well. They 're hiring, by the way. An alleged dream come true. My usual order is four crunchy tacos and a root beer. They fulfilled it correctly and it was the same [poor, questionable] quality I 've come to know and appreciate.
I was extremely disappointed with my order this evening. I ordered delivery for my family and made it clear that there was to be no cheese due to my son's allergy. However, my power bowl had cheese on it and the onions were missing. They also didn't include my sauces and gave me the wrong drink. I understand that working at a fast food restaurant can be challenging, but accurately following an order should not be difficult. My frustration is compounded by the fact that there is no direct way to address this issue. I was told to fill out a form and submit my complaint to a DM, which I find unacceptable. It seems like sheer laziness and a lack of accountability.
