This specific Wendy's location consistently has the longest lines and the lowest quality in the area.

I experienced food poisoning at this restaurant. I waited for 10 minutes while employees stared at me before anyone spoke to me. When they finally did, they informed me that the registers were broken and they attempted to take my credit card to the back of the store. I recognized this as a scam and ultimately paid in cash.

My visit to the restaurant was disappointing, but thanks to a manager named Brandy, she not only fixed the situation but also made it seem like it never happened.
