Mcdonald's - Derby

Appalling. This is the third time we’ve been given completely incorrect meals or just parts of the order completely missing.

Went in on Saturday 08.10.22 at 12.30 to get two quick cheeseburgers. Placed my order at 12.35 and waited until 13.05 to get my two cold cheeseburgers. Food was being cooked and wrapped quickly and shot through onto the trough of despair, to be left to go cold. Only two people collating orders, one of which was a young girl, with a voice that only bats could hear squeeking the numbers from behind her mask. Understand that it was lunchtime and busy, but lacked direction on the counter service

The restaurant staff at this establishment are exceptional and incredibly accommodating. As someone with cerebral palsy who is unable to safely carry food and drinks upstairs, they kindly bring it to my table – even when they are short-staffed.

We called in for a mcflurrys and a coffee. Friendly staff and a decent seating area upstairs. Clean and tidy.

I visited this restaurant for breakfast during the Eat Out to Help Out promotion. The restaurant was very well organised and the service was quick. The food was delicious and I will definitely be returning. My kids also enjoyed their meal.
