While not budget-friendly, this restaurant is definitely worth the splurge. The service is top-notch, the food is amazing, and the experience of cooking meats on hot volcanic rocks is highly enjoyable. The only downside is that the restaurant could use better ventilation, as the lingering smoke caused our clothes to smell after dining.

I tried a burger at a restaurant on Market Street two weeks ago and really enjoyed their homemade ketchup. I hope they consider expanding and having a food truck downtown every day.

The meal was delicious, leaving no leftovers on any of our plates. It was a new and enjoyable dining experience.
