So glad to see shelley again, it makes us welcome every time we are there, service with a smile is worth everything; especially when they are in a big group as we do. we went to a birthday meal, had eaten all age groups, from one year to 53 years old several orders paid on the same table, eating came at the same time was hot; so I can recommend.

Me my family booked a table for 16 my self and my son joined them about half hour after all there food come out at same time all hot and looked very nice we odder when we arrive they brought our food out not long after theres so we could all eat pretty much at same time so... very happy with service the food very highly recommend thank you for a very enjoyable evening for my little niece 12 Birthday ...

This is a nice pub, but they fell short of earning a five-star rating. We booked the Christmas menu online a few days in advance, but an hour before our reservation, they informed us that half of the menu was unavailable. I went to the bar to set up a tab and order drinks as they had already taken our order. We enjoyed our time there before our meal arrived. The brie bites were delicious, the Korean chicken goujons were good, and the steak was nice and hot, though a bit tough. It was far superior to the options at the Flaming Grill. My wife’s festive burger was fantastic and, at this price, definitely earned the title of best festive burger. I love a sundae, even on a Thursday, and I owe an apology to Niven and Pournelle for not sharing it with them; they would have loved it. The Cadbury option on the festive menu was delightful, and the salted apple crumble was well made. The team did an excellent job, and the kitchen provided extremely efficient service. Many thanks for a great value experience!

I enjoyed a lovely meal as always, and I absolutely love the crispy chili bark! The staff were very friendly and helpful. My only critique would be that the portion size of the Icesonne for £4.60 was quite small, and the honeycomb was missing. I look forward to coming back!
