Los Cocos Mexican - Derby

Los Cocos is a fantastic Mexican restaurant! Waiting is not long, and the service is fast. If you are 1. Arrival they offer you chips and salsa. The taste of salsa is good with a little spice. The liquid itself is thin; there is not much on the way of beef to salsa. However, this may be good if you do not want to fill on chips and salsa before dinner. I received a sampler plate and was very satisfied with the size components. My dinner was definitely more than I could finish in a session. They quickly gave us our order and quickly brought us our drinks. The food tasted fantastic! They have beverage specialties throughout the week, which in any case does not water. This is a place I would recommend if you are in the Derby region. It is a good sit-down Mexican restaurant to spend the evening on a date or with a family.

Never had a bad experience here in the dozens of times that I have been. Love the Chile Relleno and Coconut Margaritas. Food is delivered extremely quick and it's always super fresh. Excellent place to eat. Probably the best Mexican food in Derby.
