Phoenix Vietnamese Cuisine - Derby

We recently dined at Phoenix Vietnamese Cuisine and came away thoroughly impressed. Although the ambiance didn't quite capture the essence of Vietnam, the authentic flavors and exceptional service brought the country to life for us. The staff were welcoming and helpfully suggested vegetarian alterations for certain dishes. The standout was undeniably the food. Their summer rolls were top-notch, complemented perfectly by a tantalizing sauce. The Egg Roll Noodles (Bun Cha Gio) presented a perfect blend of egg rolls, veggies, peanuts, and rice noodles – genuinely authentic and served in generous portions. The Combo (Bun dac biet, tom, thit nuong, cha gio) was not only a feast for the eyes but also a delight for the palate. Altogether, a splendid experience!

As a viet personality , this is probably the best pho in Southern CT. The wings were also flavored well. I’d like a touch more sweetness to the food. About $15 an entree

Great pho. My wife is from the gulf coast of Mississippi where there is a large Vietnamese population. This creates some great opportunities for delicious pho. Usually when we travel and stumble upon a Vietnamese restaurant, or a restaurant claiming to serve pho, it doesn 't end up being very good. This place was not that. This was authentic and delicious. If you 're looking for pho in the area, give this place a try. You won 't be let down.

Excellent pho soup cleanness environment, friendly staff plenty parking space , easy on easy off exit 16 on route 8 , recommended .
