Good food and great atmosphere. Staff very good and service excellent. It was really nice to visit a traditional good old fashioned pub with amazing antique furniture and a fantastic view of the country side.

Nice surroundings however the pastry on the beef and ale pie was cremated.. The filling ok..

Had a lovely meal here tonight. Recommend the sea bass and local sausages. Great food, very friendly staff. Lovely quaint pub with beautiful views

My wife and I came across this pub by accident after taking a wrong turn whilst visiting a few local villages and decided to go in simply to have a drink. What a little gem this place is. We were made to feel very welcome by the lady who served us drinks. Whilst we did not order any food we did observe lots of meals being brought out of the kitchen all of which looked very nice indeed. We had a look at the menu and it looked very extensive and the prices seemed quite reasonable. As we do not live in the area it is hard to say if we will ever go back but after our very pleasant experience I may look to visit again whenever the opportunity arises. Highly recommended.
