Costa Coffee - Dereham

The staff is friendly, and the salted caramel macchiato is the best I've ever had! Plus, the muffin they advertise is fantastic!

I've been visiting this place frequently, especially since my friend Wendy showed me where it is. I absolutely love it! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting you with smiles. The atmosphere is clean and cozy. The coffee and hot chocolate are made just the way I like them. Keep up the great work, everyone!

Friendly staff n very welcoming...not too much annoying

First visit and very good. Especially young lad Sydney (I think was his name). Noticed he took time to speak to everybody and make sure they were ok. Good customer service. Will be going back.
