The elderly administrator was unfriendly and seemed to be doing us a favor by talking to us. This left a bad impression on us and we ended up leaving. I cannot recommend this place to my friends due to this negative encounter. I suggest the owners to be more careful in selecting their staff and management as they are the face of the establishment. Service: 1 star.
This cozy establishment provided the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway with friends. The rooms were newly renovated with a modern design and each had a spacious veranda. The beach area was well-equipped with sunbeds and there were extra amenities such as bathrobes, slippers, a toothbrush, and cosmetic kits provided. Breakfast was included in the room rate, which was a nice bonus. I highly recommend this place! The on-site restaurant offered the option to dine in your room or in the cozy gazebos. Overall, the rooms were top-notch, service was excellent, and the location was ideal. Highlights of the hotel included the stunning views, romantic ambiance, quiet atmosphere, and great value for the price.

We celebrated the wedding in Kupava in August 2021. In my experience, I cannot recommend this place to anyone for such important events. From the pros: tasty food nice waiters Of the minuses: 1. Be prepared that after making an advance payment and the conditions promised at the time of the transaction, these conditions will change at the speed of light. It was about alcohol for us. Initially, there was a condition that alcohol would be a restaurant, but at retail prices. The pricing policy was approximately announced and it suited us. Along the way, they changed everything, they said that we bring our own alcohol pay for the corkage fee. Unforeseen expenses that we did not plan. 2. We learned about the 10% service charge before the wedding. Ok, we don't mind, but we need to talk about it at the time of the deal! There was a big sum. 3. Be prepared to buy a painting area, and the day before the wedding you will find out that there is also a painting in front of you. And it ends in an hour. And your decorators need to supply everything. And of course, as in our case, most likely those in front of you will be late. And because of this, your event will also be delayed! Your guests will soar under the summer sun for 40 minutes longer than you planned. The administration stole 40 minutes of our holiday from us! 4. THE MOST SAD the administrator Irina. 2 weeks before the wedding, we came to make a menu. She sat down in front of us, pressed her cheek with her hand and sat like that all the time with a slight smirk on her face and ... SILENT. That is, no offers, no options, consultations, etc. Her tone of communication was as if we had come to her house and were forcing us to make a menu for us. I don't know how we would have got out if we didn't have an experienced assistant with us. We simply would not have compiled a banquet menu, because Irina was silent! When they asked for photos of the cakes, they didn't have any. They asked about the features of the fillings she does not know. called the confectioner. The confectioner came and spoke to us with the same face and tone. Also, she had dirty nails. So we ordered the cake elsewhere.
Lunch at this restaurant was a delightful experience. The setting was cozy and inviting, and the service was attentive and friendly. The menu offered a wide variety of options, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend trying the signature dishes, as they were unique and full of flavor. Overall, it was a great dining experience and I will definitely be returning soon.
