Processed our online order through the subway app and took our money but order didn?t appear in their system. That?s fine until they waste ourdelivery drivers time and don?t answer the phone to sort out the issue. After I drive there they are rude and completely uselessin helping me solve the problem. Taking time out of my day and away from my family to fix your issues SUBWAY, is not how thisactive duty service member wanted to spend his Veterans Day. Unacceptable SUBWAY.
Lady working was quite rude to the person in line ahead of me . when it came my turn also just as rude. acts as if we are a inconvenience for her. they were out of lots of meats and very slim veggies! then the food made my spouse and I very sick .cross contamination majorly! however the gentleman working along with her was very friendly great on his customer service also!so thank you to him for being kind!!
The ladies that worked today (9/3/22) could not even read an online order. Was given plain bread instead of Italian herb and cheese, cheese was wrong, olives left off one sandwich, no onions on either sandwich and both were swimming in mayo whenspecified light mayo, cucumbers were missing. I guess if you don't go in and supervise your sandwich being made expect it to bescrewed up. What is the app for if they can't make it right by reading the order. It's got one star because you can't post nostars.
Very rude didn't have anything to put on it other than meat not clean at all
ANSWER YOUR PHONES!!!! I just went up there to pick up my to-go order and it had olives on it! My husband is allergic to olives! And I've called 10 times and it just rings and rings and rings. Stop ignoring your customers and PAY ATTENTION!
