Stirling Sake - Dering Harbor

We stay in Greenport every August, love the village and it's funky, boho and vintage charm. Stirling Sake a long established sushi and sake restaurant represents the village vibe to a tee. Eclectic decor and bebop jazz playlist are part of the charm. The sushi and other Asian dishes are fresh and a world class in preparation.

A really good place for sushi. Excellent service and food. Highly recommend.

Walked in and bartender (possibly owner) was so rude and slapped a menu on the table when we asked and rolled her eyes at us and rushed us. Also smelled like hot garbage with a side of tuna. Not worth my shmoney!

The sashimi is the best I’ve had, and the sake flight is wonderful!

Recommended by a local shop owner, and wasn't disappointed. The food was phenomenal, and the staff were friendly and inviting. The atmosphere was quite nice as well.
