Burger King - Derry

The Lord on the counter, I think his name was Tony very nice to me and my son. We ordered breakfast that came pretty fast and hot. He even came to my table to deliver my coffee. All employees working the counter should spend this nice customer service setting Tony has. I'll come back to eat only for this experience.

Went through the drive-thru to 3/3/22 at about 9 a.m. and the girl who served our order and was probably the most friendly, cheerful and sweetest person I've ever met at a BK Drive-Thru. I didn't catch her name, but she's brilliant and deserves recognition for her positivity and kindness especially since it was so late at a week night and she had to have been tired!

I just rolled there after a long working day to get a meal, and the staff in the window was perhaps the most pleasant person I ever talked to in a fast food restaurant. The service was beyond and beyond, and the food was good as expected.

Drive thru has definitely improved. Very nice person who took our order and food came great. 3/21/22 8:30
