Contribuisci feedbackThis is probably the friendliest, most well run Dunks I've ever been to. Always a smile on their faces and so happy to help. I never thought I'd give a Dunks a good rating, or even bother to leave a review, but these guys are great. Maisha the manager isTHE BEST. Added a photo of my best bud enjoying a sandwich!
The speed and consistency were excellent and it is a New England thing. Still, if I had had a little more time to sit, to go in and experience the meal, I would've chosen a family diner. Instead, I ate while I drove. Is this really the way we want to live?
This Dunkin' Donuts is fairly standard. The establishment is clean and the staff is patient with customers, especially those with children who may take longer to make decisions about their donut purchases. The location offers plenty of parking spaces and a drive-thru option.
I haven't been happy with my recent visits to this restaurant. Two Saturdays ago, I walked inside and was the only person in line. I waited for 15 minutes with no one acknowledging me. When I finally spoke up, the employee told me to go somewhere else if I didn't like it. After waiting for 5 more minutes, someone finally took my order. It seems like they prioritize the drive-thru customers more. Today, when I tried to order inside, there was a sign stating that due to a staff shortage, everything was drive-thru only. Seeing a long line of cars in the drive-thru, I decided to go to Dunkin's in Windham instead.
This Dunkin Donuts is quite typical. The store is clean and the staff is accommodating, especially when it comes to children taking their time to choose a donut. There is ample parking available and a convenient drive-thru option.
