Pasta, battered fish, vegetable curry, chicken cochons. we complained we don't eat what was on the menu. We where given another menu. we where charged an extra £6 for ordering off that menu. £23 for the meal. £5 deposit.£3 FOR A Gravy boat. £4 for garlic chips. £41 in total. meal was cold. we had to have them dinners re heated. chef looked at us with a angry face as we complained. who serves dinner like that for Mothers day. wont be back. left feeling very annoyed as chicken was very tiny. meal was not up to standard.
What a pleasure to dine here, great food, complements to chefs Noel and Gareth, brought to us by the waiter, Cairan, service with a smile.
My partner and I stopped by the restaurant a few times for drinks and decided to try the food once. It was decent but nothing exceptional. The bar has a music theme with intriguing photos on display and they played enjoyable music. I believe this could be a great spot for live music if allowed. I'm certain it would be even better without the current COVID restrictions.
Alan was OUR barkeeper and serviceman. He was very friendly and we had serveral nice stays in his bar. Everything was fine.
Nice relaxed atmosphere. Loved the triple cooked chips. Good prompt service Ezra our waitress was so nice and very helpful. Glad to see non alcohol cocktails available
