The subway experience was somewhat below average. The cashier appeared to struggle with the register.

UPDATE: I returned today and encountered the manager. I shared my experience from the previous week, and she listened attentively. She made my sub herself, apologized for the earlier incident, and made me feel welcome again. I was initially hesitant about coming back, but I'm really glad I did, as the manager was incredibly nice! I give 5 stars for her outstanding service – she truly knows how to keep customers happy!
