Dragon House East - Des Moines

I placed my order at 3:45, and it's now 5:09, and I'm just now receiving it. I spoke with a very rude woman on the phone twice, and all she kept saying was that orders were delayed due to the rain. I tried to cancel my order at 4:45 because no one enjoys cold food, but she told me I couldn't cancel. Then she hung up on me. I'm really frustrated. I should have listened to my partner and ordered from somewhere else. Lesson learned! I'll be choosing Tsing Tsao next time!

I placed an online delivery order for several Mongolian chicken dinners and included a special request, which they kindly accommodated! This has happened before when I asked for breaded chicken with my honey chicken order, which isn't their usual offering. This time, I made a different request and honestly didn't expect such thoughtful service again. I'm truly grateful when restaurants are open to these requests; it shows they genuinely listen and care about their customers' satisfaction.

Dragon House is a must-visit! The service is excellent, and the food is even better!

I love the food here! This restaurant used to offer dine-in service, but as of October 2022, they only provide takeout. The menu is extensive, with a fantastic selection at great prices, and they also offer delivery. They accept both card and cash for payment.

I ordered the lo mein, and it was probably the worst I've ever had. It tasted like plain noodles with no sauce or seasoning at all. I'm really disappointed, especially since I've heard so many great things about this place.
