Contribuisci feedbackI ordered a French vanilla latte for free, but they were out of stock. They offered to cancel my order and refund me, but I have yet to receive anything. I tried calling the number they provided, but received no response. This lack of follow-through is disappointing and reflects poorly on their customer service. It's not about the money, but more about their lack of honesty in keeping their promises. Additionally, McDonald's failed to inform me that they did not have sugar-free latte, but still provided sugar when I specifically asked for no sugar.
I waited 15 minutes for a frappe without extra chocolate. I paid extra for it but didn't receive it. The manager assisted me, but when she finally attended to other customers, she placed it on the counter and walked away. There were 10 employees and only 2 customers. The service was disappointing. Are these kiosks even necessary? This place does not deserve even one star.
I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese combo meal, but instead received a squished double cheeseburger without a drink. It's one thing when it's a small mistake, but this restaurant took it to another level by trying to pass off a smaller burger with two small patties as a double quarter pounder. The audacity. Not to mention the cost difference between the two burgers and the fact that my drink was missing. At this point, it feels like they are actually taking money from my pocket because of their laziness.
Mcdon worstald is in the order to lock, but app says that lock is closed until a certain time. Really? the lobby was closed. through the huge line in the pass, gave my order number, and asked if I can park in the lock to get my food. They said yes, but 15 minutes later. no eating. with this place almost for 30 minutes to get two muffins and drinks to the breakfast. this place is totally fucking. rude and slow. this was a good place to get the breakfast on the board, but they can't get it together.
Drive-Thru is horrible, breakfast lunch or dinner. Expect to sit in line for at least 10 minutes, then asked to go curbside to wait another 10 minutes so they can stop the clock.
