Taco Bell - Des Moines

My personal favorite in the almost food world since I was a child. pleasant staff and courtesy to help me with all new digital menus and self-checkout options. will definitely return and thank again taco ?

I wouldn't eat here, even if it was handing out free eating. the nightmanship steals the door bag/Uber eats command and tells the rider that they never get a command. there is a woman who claims to be a manager who was the most careless person I've ever met in my life. it must be fired. I've read other reviews and it's sad she's still busy. she literally watched her scream at a numb doorstep, the type was literally signed with his hand and she screamed at the top of her lungs at him. I had literally called the police me because I had a real manager over the order of eating that was “Stolen”. I feel honestly bad for her, clearly she was not loved as a child.

I love baja explosion and eating is great. service is also great. but I don't think that workers really care about costumes

I absolutely hate writing bad reviews. This is not the first but the third time I have received food that is cold and you can tell not freshly made. Although I do understand being understaffed has something to do with it but preparing tacos/chalupas and having them be rock hard isn't very appealing to eat. Spent 24 dollars on two meals only to be disappointed. Not sure if this is just a problem with this location or others. Will not be returning which is so sad because I love Taco Bell.

I placed an online order because I had a long order and I didn 't want them to miss anything.When I pulled up to the window, I was asked what sauce (on the online order I had put Mild and Diablo), I told the guy at the window 'mild and diablo ' he walked away and came back and asked again what sauce, I told him again...He handed me the bag of food, when I looked in the bag, he put a ton of hot and fire. No Mild and Diablo.I went thru the items in the bag. It was missing 4 things. Had to wait on that.When I got home. Everything was cold and soggy. I 'm only 8 minutes away. I don 't know if they didn 't feel like opening a new bag of lettuce or making new meat but everything was just a dab of everything. Everything had more sauce than lettuce, meat, tomato, anything that went on it just had a drop of it except the sauce. It 's almost like if they have the toppings taken out of their paychecks.In the photo, it 's supposed to be a Cheesy gordita crunch with the dorito taco, they put a regular taco.The crunchwrap didn 't have anything in it. I don 't know how this taco bell is still open for business.Also didn 't help that all the workers were rude.Never again going to this location.
