Teriyaki Boys - Des Moines

I recently had a meeting with a partner at Teriyaki Boys for the first time. Located in a food court within a business building in Des Moines, the restaurant has limited operating hours. I ordered the Teriyaki Chicken, and it was fantastic! The portion was so generous that I had leftovers to take home. I'm really glad I decided to try something new—it was definitely worth it!

The food was excellent. It would be great if the restaurant had longer hours of operation.

The food at this court is fantastic! I grabbed a takeout meal to bring to my husband at work for lunch, and I couldn't have been more pleased with my selection. I ordered the chicken and shrimp teriyaki, while he had the beef teriyaki along with some crab Rangoon. Everything was cooked to perfection and tasted amazing. He was especially excited to find they had Diet Dr Pepper available too. Overall, I would rate the food a perfect 5/5!

I appreciate the simplicity and quick service at this restaurant. I've tried both the chicken and beef, and both are tasty, but I personally prefer the chicken, especially considering the price. One suggestion for improvement would be to have a self-serve water cooler like some other places do. On a positive note, I really like the sauce bottles they provide; it's great to have the option to add sauce to my food as I like. Overall, I enjoy dining here every few weeks!
