Wendy's - Des Moines

I had a disappointing meal at the restaurant. I ordered the Asiago Ranch Grilled Chicken Sandwich, and it was not up to par. The bun was tough, almost like it had been left out for a while. The baked potato I ordered as a side had also been sitting in the warmer for too long. Instead of being soft and tender, it had a yellowish-brown color and was as hard as a rock. It was technically edible, but overall, it just wasn't good.

I was somewhat hesitant when I first walked in, as most of the employees were gathered in the dining area, with no customers around. They were quite loud and laughing amongst themselves. However, the food turned out to be excellent!

I haven't been to Wendy's in a while, and after trying it again, I find that it doesn't measure up to the other burger places I used to frequent. It wasn't as enjoyable as I remembered.

The toilet is dirty. shooked greyish toilet paper. do not count clean. floor dirty. 2 employees sitting down, doing nothing. chili tasted evil.

They were slow but the order was accurate. The burgers were very dry. Have never had a dry burger from Wendy's ever...
