This is not the first time that this special wendy 's has upset me, but it will be the last since I 't come back '. let me set this up for you. as I move to the building, I can see two cars waiting on the thru window and two cars on the menu / internet. as I drive behind the second car at the intercom, I imagine that there is now a car at the window. that means that the other two cars I've seen before in the window have gone through and gone. it is now my turn at the intercom and I will remain silent. I'll wait about 5 minutes because they might be busy. I say hello and don't answer. I wait a minute more and think maybe the intercom doesn't work? So I'm moving up to the window. the window visitor opens the window and asks which order I have, and I declare that I have not ordered yet, because I have not received any response when I was with the intercom. a man with a headset behind her says that we are busy, you should have waited on the intercom, so I explained that no one answered me on the intercom, I thought it was broken, and this man huffs and goes away. No one took my order, so I went after waiting in the window for another three minutes. now I do not doubt that they were perhaps busy in the field, but a simple moment please or I will be right with them would have gone far. they cannot ignore customers and expect them to come back. so I won't go back.
My man has a heavy allergy to mayonnaise when the order that was the first thing we said. After we paid our food, we noticed that it had mayonnaise. we're going back to the road so they can fix it. the manager seemed to be upset when he pushed the bag down. after “Remaking” we come home to notice that the manager put only two of the three sandwiches in the pocket. when he called to inform the manager (the same man who made our food) he told us: "you will not eat any free sandwich from me." no, sir, we don't want anything from them or this facility anymore. better for the next customer.
The drive-dru line has been secured. after my man had finally taken his order (after another 10 minutes waiting period); he paid and the workers changed places and was asked rudely whether he paid (he said yes); then she threw quite a lot of food on him. the food was a tiny burger with only salate, tomato and cheese, and the baconator was definitiw as tiny as the cheeseburger (that had to have been the son of a baconator. the pommes were only luke warned. wendys on euclid in the moines.
Idk, what goes on at this place, but eating is so slow. I waited for up to 5 minutes on the microphone, with no one in front of me, only for someone who takes my order. almost every time, same or similar experience. the sandwiches are fresh but fries are hit and miss.
