Dunkin' - Des Plaines

The worse Dunkin donuts location. You could be waiting 15+ minutes in the drive thru because they are slow and then they try to charge you higher prices everyday in the same things. They should really put a limit on orders as drive should be for 2 or 3things, not ordering for your whole office. Had to give 1 star as you can't give negative

The service at this restaurant is quite slow. I had to wait for 10 minutes before anyone came to take my order, and the staff didn't seem in a hurry at all. Overall, the experience was disappointing!

There's a male employee who works in the morning that truly makes this place outstanding. The level of customer service he provides is something I've never experienced at any other Dunkin'!
