Capri Italian - Desert Hot Springs

During our vacation we stayed at the hotel and this restaurant was attached to it, we only had the breakfast but it was so good we came around 3 times! Our server Adam was very attentive and kind to us as well making sure everything was good and refill our water/coffee through the service! The pancake special and the mirage melt were hands down the go to picks!They serve you two nice giant fluffy pancakes and the melt comes on a big croissant! 10/10 would recommend to try! We can’t wait to come back!

First time we ordered 2 miracle burgers and both were supposed to have cheese and one with French fries and the other with potato salad. One burger came without cheese and there was no potato salad.

We had appetizers and fish and chips. The appetizers we had were fantastic. The calamari was a bit over cooked but still had great flavor. The fried ravioli was perfect and shrimp Cocktail was perfect too.

Steak was overcooked, I asked for toppings for baked potato, they were missing. My friend ravioli was supposed to come with marinara, it was missing. Usually this is a great place to order from but whoever expedited it must have been in a hurry.

First night I waited way too long for a someone just come to my table so I left.Second time, the atmosphere in the restaurant was awful watching servers discussing in between serving the clients.
