The Canadian and European snowbirds have vacation places here. They have two large swimming areas with two swimming pools each and five or six hot tubs. It's all mineral water from Desert Hot Springs.Nearby activities: There is swimming, hot tub and sauna. There is a nice walking trail that runs through the perimeter of the park. There are metal sculptures and paths everywhere. The small concession stand is seasonal and not open all the time.Safety: You need a code to get in the gate and there is 24-hour security patrolling just in this mobile park resort. There is a civilian Sheriff's Patrol that also makes passes.Walkability: Walking is best done in the evening at summer. It's really nice just to stroll through the park.
Super clean , quiet, lots of long time residents still there. Clean pool, security at the gate most of the time, and its huge.
Pool is really relaxing, make sure you use enough sunscreen if you will be out there for hoursNoteworthy details: Mineral pools are bomb?
This place no longer has hot tubs they are now warm tub. Ambien temp is hotter than the water.
Joanne at the front desk was very accommodating. We will not stay at this RV park again. The location is very remote. Not convenient for gas, groceries or shopping. This park seems to be in a wind tunnel. Windy everyday and high 40 mph winds often. Impossible for outside actives and pool. There is no indoor game room and limited actives if any. Riding a bicycle is limited to the rv park. The main road has no shoulder and many speeding vehicles, highly dangerous. This is a very unfriendly park. No one says hello especially the home owners. Watch out for the speeding golf carts and vehicles. Pig man races through the park and is very rude. There is no regard for the speed limit and we were cut off driving in. The exit gate doesn 't work for motorcycles therefore you have to squeeze between the entrance gate and hope no one is coming in, very inconvenient. We were not told that you pay 10.00 to receive mail for the month. The home owner near our rv mentioned they do not like living here. Will not recommend this rv park.
