Bad attitudes and they were trying to close early.. do better for a half ass scoop of ice cream

Every time I go to this location, they NEVER have any brownies like NEVER! I make it a point every week to call them or go up there and ask for a brownie fudge sundae just to get met with we don 't have brownies. What kind of ice cream place has brownie fudge sundae on the menu but never have all the ingredients to make it? If you don 't want to be disappointed and I promise you will be, I suggest you go to the location on Kiest/Hampton just a few minutes away. You can thank me later.

No, I do not recommend this location. The attitude of the employee this morning was horrible. She had the nerve to tell me everything I should have done in reference to an issue that I had. I returned a donut from the previous day that was super STALE. She said I should have called them about it NO ma 'am, your store shouldn 't have given me a stale donut. Then she said I should have said this at the speaker. No ma 'am I don 't work here so I don 't know the protocol for returning the BS you served me. .....it 's too early for this! Then when she walked off she let our a loud sigh and said ewww Lord, which I politely said back, you 're right ewwww Lord, this is ridiculous. It 's sad that good service is hard to come by on this side of town, the attitudes be on 100 for no reason.

Soooooo.....every time I come here its different but ya'll do sell pup cups management please let all of your employees know.

Listen, not only do they have THIRTY ONE flavors, but they were out of waffle cones due to holiday demand AND... They made one for me! ?No excuses, just straight to the waffle maker and then the freezer to cool off. This is the BEST location in the area, hands down.
