El Jalisco Mexican - Destin

This is an outstanding Mexican restaurant! It’s always clean and the staff is incredibly friendly. We make the trip from Gulf Breeze just for the amazing drinks. Ron is a gem of a person. The Cheese Enchiladas are the best I've had in Gulf Breeze or Pensacola! Today, I tried the Birria Tacos and Puff Tacos, and both were absolutely delicious. It’s always a great spot to grab a bite while shopping or enjoying drinks! They also have outdoor seating available.

Here came when shopping with my mother in the law. She is really allergic to lime, so I made the waiter aware of it. The manager then ensured that all employees were aware of their allergies that were very appropriate!! The server was sure nice and made the guacamole right in front of us. All ingredients were fresh and the food was the best Mexican food I had in a long time. I had vegetarian chalupas and loved her. Loved the music and the atmosphere as well as we have 2 for 1 beer for just $8! Will definitely be back :

Cool, clean. The staff was very friendly. Our waiter was amazing. The food was appreciated for large portions. Beer was 2 for 1. Everything was good and came out very quickly. Would definitely recommend.

The margaritas are big and so delicious. The peach was really good. You didn't have Don Julio, so we had gunshots. The birria tacos were basic - the meat was dry and my corn tortillas were ripened because they did not double. I had to wrap a flour tortilla so that my filling would not fall out. I also had to ask extra Birria sauce because they give you a small bowl of it. My partner had the rib that was huge but not cooked to her taste. Great chorizo queso and loved the spicy salsa. Will definitely be at their tres amigos and quesadillas for now. Great service from waiter and bartender was overall friendly.

Great margaritas and live music. Food was fantastic too. Service was excellent. Great family spring break dinner! Will do again.
