Contribuisci feedbackThe only positive aspect of my stay was the location. Unfortunately, the condos are quite dated and in need of repairs. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud, making it hard to sleep. Additionally, the door to the condo was difficult to open and close. The oven had its own issues—first, it wouldn't heat up, and then it wouldn't stop heating even after being turned off. When I called the front desk for help, they sent a security guard who shut off the power to the condo to reset it and advised us not to use the oven. Upon our arrival, the maintenance person was working on the screen door, but he left it ripped and unusable. We decided to leave a day early and would recommend staying somewhere else.
We visited this restaurant for our honeymoon this week, and it was fantastic! The setting, the staff, and the surrounding area were all remarkable. My wife and I are definitely planning to return next year! They treated us wonderfully, even offering us two glasses of champagne to celebrate our special week. Overall, I would rate it 4 out of 5 for the rooms.
They do not offer comparable accommodations or refunds. My friend has a severe mold allergy, and despite reaching out several times, we felt ignored. We waited for six hours in the lobby to check into our room, which was ready since no one had occupied it the night before. They wouldn’t let us in even a minute early but locked us out of our room before the 10 AM checkout time. The professionalism was lacking; it felt like they were running their business from home with noisy kids in the background. Katie, in particular, was exceptionally rude on several occasions. The hallways were dark, and the carpets were filthy. When we were told someone would come to assess our room, we ended up waiting two hours with no one showing up. Overall, it was not a great vacation spot unless you enjoy spending endless hours in the lobby and making fruitless phone calls to the company. Though they claimed we could drop our bags at bag check, anyone could have taken them, and we ended up leaving frozen food sitting in the lobby. The only positive was the location being directly on the beach. However, I highly recommend avoiding Vacasa at all costs. The rooms were outdated, missing light bulbs, and there was mold present.
Awesome experience! The resort is beautiful, clean and a few steps to the Gulf Mexico. We saw dolphin every day and the water is crystal blue. My favorite part is the early morning coffee in the gift shop. Best gift shop I’ve ever seen! A bonus, walking distance to Chick fila and The Back Porch!Rooms: 5/5
The front desk staff were super friendly, great location, and has a great view. I only have two barks.1. Floors could have been cleaner, my feet were nearly black from walking around inside after a shower.2. The beach chair/umbrella rental is a total racket. Paid $40 for the half day rate , and they nearly folded the umbrella up on me at 5pm on the dot.
