The Local Market - Destin

We enjoyed our brunch, having the avocado toast and the veggie breakfast bowl. My husband remarked that the avocado toast was essentially just smashed avocado on toast, which is why I gave it 4 stars. On a positive note, the bathroom was pleasant and featured real privacy stalls. We would definitely return to try something different next time.

The food at this restaurant is fantastic! Why? Simply put, it's all homemade! Everything on the menu is made from scratch. When I requested my cinnamon roll to be warmed up, the staff told me it would take a moment because they don’t use a microwave! The atmosphere is family-friendly, featuring picnic tables arranged together in groups of three. In the second dining area, you’ll find individual tables and several pinball machines. Both the chicken sandwich and the chicken-fried steak, along with the sides, were delicious! I can't wait to return!

This place was a great find. Food, service, atmosphere...it was all 10/10.

The Cuban was great! Also enjoyed all their homemade jams and sauces!! The pinball games topped it off!! Had a great time playing pinball with the family! Was surprised that the kids did not know what a pinball game was!

The Italiano was superb! I have to say I have never had potato salad that I enjoyed so very much! My mom got the corned beef hash. It was the real deal. This place is a true local goldmine!
