Brome Modern Eatery - Detroit

I have never had great burgers at this restaurant before, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious they were. The burgers were cooked perfectly at either a good or medium temperature (nothing in between). They were seasoned well and tasted fantastic. I would recommend skipping the chili fries and opting for the salt and pepper fries mixed with the Zilantro dressing instead.

This is a fantastic restaurant! The atmosphere and food are excellent. The fresh juice is my favorite. I love how healthy everything is.

I always enjoy a fresh dining experience at this restaurant. Today, I tried the impossible burger and it was delicious. All the dishes were made with fresh ingredients and served quickly. The staff was friendly and professional. I will definitely be returning soon.

We went to brome for the first time and tried a few of their popular menu items. their chili cheese fries are delicious crispy with a savory topping of bark chili, acidic cream and green wobble. a kind of tango sauce would go well with them. the mex burger was absolutely tasty and had a great umami taste. the bark patty was juicy and packed with fleshy taste. they offer birria tacos, both bark and chicken, with limited availability. we tried the chickens that were immersed in a basic bark broth. the tacos are crispy and fresh, although the huh not all so much taste on their own faust and rely on the broth quite a bit. we are happy to try the next time the bark meattacos! for dessert we got the cornflake milkshake, which was pushed onto the point and was the perfect combination of aromen and textures. it has that nostalgic sugary cornflake milk paired with the crunch of the cornflakes. they would shake it again and try the others safely! definitely recommend to visit brom and explore their large selection of menu items, all from breakfast to dinner!

The burgers are just too good! The ambience is spectacular! Different from other burger places I have been to! The staff and service is great! Also, not too pricey for the delicious food that you get! Important stuff I loved: 1. You can order on your own on the screens provided at the entrance. 2. Everyone was wearing masks and gloves. 3. It's all Halal. 4. They have a beautiful outdoor seating area with heaters.
