Contribuisci feedbackI experienced the automated ordering process, and the food was good. However, the girl at the window had a really bad attitude. She took my money without a word and hit the window in my face when I asked for napkins, since I didn't have any in my pocket.
They have a new automated system at the drive-thru, which I really liked. There was no staff present, but there was a bit of confusion that was easily resolved. I ordered a vanilla shake, but I think I accidentally said "banana." It's almost like talking to an Alexa when you first interact with it. The great thing is that there was absolutely no line! This place usually has a steady flow of cars along Harper, but I believe the automation can make some customers hesitant to use the drive-thru. Personally, I think it would be even better if the system could handle payments too!
It’s quite surprising— the robot that took my order was more efficient than many people I've encountered.
Not a fan of shaking, but my man raves over her eating. for these five stars.
I ordered a fish sandwich and it was dried out, hard and crunchy. I immediately spit it out. I lifted the bread and the patty looked like one of those fries you find under the car seat ???. I returned it.
