Metro Fish Seafood - Detroit

This used to be my favorite spot, but now the quality has declined in my opinion. We always order the chicken wing appetizers, but the quality is lacking because the wings always have feathers on them and are dry. In addition, they have gotten smaller in size. I cannot speak on the seafood dishes, but the overall experience has definitely slipped.

I have had enough! The customer service is terrible! I have been a longtime patron of this restaurant in Rosedale Park, but after many personal bad experiences and witnessing poor treatment of other customers, I've had it. I called in an order, waited 20 minutes, then went around the block to pick it up. Only two employees were working, and they rudely claimed they didn't have my order and told me to wait at the back of the line to place a new one. I showed them my phone with the order confirmation and the time I called, but instead of apologizing and acknowledging the mistake, they insisted I wait an additional 30 minutes. I will never return to this restaurant again!

The food was good, but last night my steak was cooked too well-done.

Clean place polite men, you will be in and out quick with fresh and well done fish but before you go try their sweets they are very good.

I visited Metro-F&S several times during recent trip to Detroit,Michigan. My Aunt Mary Loves the Catfish,LP Seasoning.I prefer the White Fish or Salmon w/ Lemon Pepper Seasoning.Covid Guideline Followed,Excellent Customer Service Great tasting Food ?
