I feel like some restaurants treat you like you are not their concern. That it's just a cattle call and you should be be grateful they are serving you.. not enjoying the vibe

The atmosphere 10/10, but the food 3/10, such a wasted opportunity! I tried the Santa Fe burger, very disappointed! the burger was not seasoned at all, no sauce, tasted like nothing. Tried one of their cocktails, also very bad. Tasted like store bought mixer.

The restaurant was not exceptional, but not terrible either. We were eager to give it a try based on a friend's recommendation. When we arrived at 5:30, there was no wait and the restaurant was only about one-third full. However, we were informed of a 30-minute wait. Despite noticing that there was only one waitress, we patiently waited our turn. After waiting for almost 45 minutes and seeing others who arrived after us being seated (presumably with reservations), a busser checked on us and informed the staff that we were still waiting. Finally, we were seated and met with Lilly, the hostess, who took our drink order. She mentioned that they were short-staffed but was doing her best to assist. Our waitress only stopped by once to inform us that Lilly would be bringing our drinks. We never saw the waitress again, as Lilly took our food order, served our food, cleared our plates, refilled our drinks, and ensured we had everything we needed. Despite the challenges, Lilly was a standout employee. The food was tasty and we will give this restaurant another try in the future. We enjoyed the ambiance, decorations, and music. We understand the difficulties faced by restaurants currently and are doing our part to support small businesses. However, teamwork is essential, and without it, many businesses may not survive.

We came to the Rusted Crow based on its great reviews for a night out on the town. It started with a not so friendly hostess, service was super slow, food was decent, and the whole staff seemed unorganized. The bartender was bringing drinks to the tables...ambiance and esthetics are super cool but if service doesn't get addressed asap, you won't have customers.

This is a unique restaurant with an industrial aesthetic and a steam punk vibe. The food was tasty but a bit slow, and the service was average. The location is great, close to theaters and ballparks.
