Der Dorfwirt - Deutsch Kaltenbrunn

They have reopened the kitchen for us on the afternoon because they felt four of our hungry themselves. the food was very well prepared and the service extra helpful. I didn't expect the city to throw out such a small village to deliver it! very good.

The restaurant is located in the center of the city. it is easy to find and have enough parking along the road. the newly built building house looks fantastic. next is a herbal museum. the menu offers typical local cuisine. it tastes very good and looks perfect. I'll get the onion beef. it is one of the best in the region. the meat and the vegetables come from the local farmers and are cooked by the experinary team cheeky. the service is friendly. only the remaining room needs more cleanliness.

Medium low food . we took a simple carving and it was terrible. service is ok. you need to change the cook.

Ein nettes Gasthaus mitten im Dorf. Ruhiger Gastgarten obwohl an der Strasse aber kaum Verkehr. Wir sind nach einer Radtour dort eingekehrt. Sehr bodenständiges einfaches Lokal. Essen war in Ordnung (Suppe u. Toast) aber nichts besonderes. Der Wirt war sehr freundlich, Service sehr gut und aufmerksam. Zum "richtig" Essen gehen eher nicht geeignet, da gibt es in der Umgebung bessere Lokal. Aber für eine schnelle "Radlerjause" allemal OK.

Also der Dorfwirt ist von außen unscheinbar - verdient sich aber mehr Gäste als an dem Tag, wo wir dort waren!Der Grillteller war der absolute Hammer!!!
