Burghotel Deutschlandsberg

Visited with a colleague in December and is now one of my favorite places in the world! absolutely stunning landscape, hiking and history around the castle. The rooms were perfect, clean, tidy and functional. the star of this visit was really the dinner. we had...a 5 cursile selection all from local (within 50km). each cure was perfectly paired with delicate regional weeping that perfectly complemented the disco. i highly recommend staying a day outside the trip, enjoy an amazing meal and wander them from the calorie on the great trails beginning around the closed. Many thanks for such a great stay and I can not wait until the chance to return very soon!

Excellent restaurant, world cuisine on basic local ingredients, everything is highest quality. we took the surprise menu. as an appetizer there was a small bag with hut cheese on mango chutney, then followed by salmon in 4 point, then a filet of highland kuh with sharks...verts and polnta, then a plate of delicious desserts with a pumpkin seeds semifreddo as the most original part. with a glass shilcher for appetizer and a bottle of local sauvignon that was one of the best of its kind. also the weinliste is quite long, with chateau lynch bages (pauillac) and some st. emillion grand cru classé at the top.

Grate food, good service , wine and the surprise menu one of the best restaurants in Europe. the view from the restaurant is spectacular

Es ist egal welcher Gang des Menüs, es war jedemal eine Gaumenfreude. Die Wienkarte verdient besondere Beachtung und ja nicht das Dessert auslassen.
