Chose a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses which I thought would be really comfy ,but on this occasion did not and had to return .I informed the Sunglasses Shop first by e-mail as instructed on the website then posted them back reg post, in no time at all they acknowledged my e-mail and let me know very quickly they had arrived. I would not hesitate using this company again. Very impressed with .the customer service
