Your choice of brisket,ribs, chicken, sausage probably forgot something. Love the potato salad. Always order a smoked turkey for the holidays.
I consider myself a bbq coniseurre. I rate Heavy’s brisket in the top of Texas BBQ joints. The potato salad and coleslaw are amazing. The service is fast and friendly. I highly recommend giving them a try if you are passing through Hondo, Texas
