Tim Hortons - Dewitt

I would give this place zero stars if I could. It’s only a matter of time before it closes down, just like the other restaurants in the area. The coffee was scalding hot from the microwave, and there was no cream or powdered cream available—just unpleasant overall. I might have expected a steak, but instead of informing me that they didn’t have it, they served me a wrap with chicken, bacon, egg, lettuce, and chipotle. Absolutely disgusting!

On April 29th, we visited the Tim Hortons location in Dewitt, MI, looking to enjoy some coffee and donuts. Unfortunately, we encountered an unfriendly employee— a young, short white man—who seemed irritated by our presence. I ordered a caramel iced latte, but he mistakenly handed me a hot coffee instead. I chose not to complain and left, thinking I could try it later. However, when I finally tasted it in the car, I found it to be the worst coffee I've ever had—so bitter that I couldn't even drink it. I wanted to go back and return it, but my husband preferred to keep driving. Given the poor service and the terrible coffee, I’ve decided that I won’t be visiting Tim Hortons again. Honestly, I think Speedway's coffee is far superior to what that barista served. Next time, we’ll opt for McDonald's instead. On a positive note, the young black man who brought us our donuts was very polite. Tim Hortons should consider hiring more employees like him.

The hash brown was greasy, only slightly warm, and burnt. The highlight of my meal was discovering pink sausage in my half-eaten sandwich. To top it off, the French cruller was stale.

I enjoyed stopping in for a quick trip to grab some coffee and donuts. I've never been to a Tim Hortons before and they did a stellar job. The staff was kind and courteous. The latte was delish so I'll be back!

Avoid this location. I ordered oatmeal and coffee and the bowl of oatmeal was only half full. Turns out they did me a favor, because after two bites I threw the rest away. Very disappointed with this location.
