Hickman Chuckwagon Bbq - Dexter

This was our second graduation party that Hotel Hickman catered. The food was fantastic and many of our guests still remember the Jalapeno sausages from three years ago, so we were thrilled to have them again. We ordered even more this year than last time. Many of my classmates said this was the best food they've had at a graduation party. Several adults also raved about the food. We plan on using Hotel Hickman again for our final party next year.

The ribs were large, flesh fell right from the bone. the braut was beautiful and smokey, absolutely delicious. the chili was one of the better ones I had in one. I'm looking forward to coming here and I'm very happy. that will be a regular BBQ spot.

My companion and I enjoyed a tasty pulled pork sandwich with sides of hearty beans and macaroni and cheese. This restaurant is fantastic!

Protip, when they pull out, do not forget to grab sauce, serviettes or utensils if necessary.

Wonderful caring owner. All in house deserts, sides, rubs and sauces. Spectacular food. Businesses like this make living in a small town so much better. We’re lucky to have these folks!
