Great meat and veggies, would definitely revisit if the rest of New Mexico wasn’t terrible. Menu is a little off putting, try either the ‘fried bandaids’ or ‘eyballs’

Man this place is amazing! The owner of the restaurant came to our table and was very polite. The meat was falling off the bone. Very juicy. Its like the meat was melting in my mouth. 10 out of 10! Would recommend.
