The Country Mart - D'Hanis

I can't recommend this place highly enough. Although Dhanis is a small town, this store is truly a gem. The meat market in the back offers incredibly tender ribeye steaks, and the ground beef is perfect for making delicious burgers. They've recently added a cafe that serves great food for a quick lunch. The staff members are friendly locals who never fail to impress us with the sausage they prepare during deer season. Supporting local businesses is important, so be sure to stop by—you won't regret it!

The burger reminded me of my childhood. The food is excellent, and the staff are incredibly friendly. I’ll definitely go out of my way to visit again.

First time visiting this store. I came here specifically for a container of Parisa. Id had it before, and it was one of my favorites. The store was well organized, the staff was friendly, and the selection of most items was decent. There were a few items that were unavailable or only available in larger packages. Prices here were a bit inflated, about 10% over what the average retail is, but other items were priced around regular price. I felt the markup was well worth not having to round trip drive 16 miles into Hondo and back when you only need a few items. The line at the front counter was a bit slow, but there is only 1 register, and it was the 5 o'clock rush. Its a small store in a small town, and its convenient for basic groceries beer runs. Will definitely be back for more parisa.
