Allez! - Diamond Springs

We visited Allez! on a Wednesday at 5 PM and easily found a table for four. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the food was outstanding. Having dined at several upscale restaurants in the area, I can confidently say that Allez is truly unique. We enjoyed the tri-tip served with caramelized onions, Cabernet sauce, and roasted red potatoes, along with a pork chop accompanied by nectarines and mashed potatoes. For dessert, we shared four different options, and each one was delicious. We will definitely be returning!

I truly enjoyed every aspect of this charming French café. We opted for the prix fixe menu, which included soup and perfectly cooked pork tenderloin. My husband had the chèvre salad, and it was equally delightful. The house-made pâté was simply delicious. The staff was incredibly friendly, giving the place a warm, family-run atmosphere. We will certainly make it a point to return the next time we’re in town.

I apologize for the delay in posting this. We dine at Allez regularly and the food is consistently outstanding. I've attached some photos from the Valentine's dinner we enjoyed there. The menu is beautifully crafted. If you haven't had the chance to eat here yet, I highly recommend you do — you won't regret it. The staff is fantastic and very professional. They offer a great selection of wines and classic French/European dishes. The restaurant is small, but once you're seated, the food and service make the wait worthwhile. Since they don't take reservations, it's a good idea to arrive early for dinner, around 4:30 PM.

I took my sister and brother-in-law out for lunch to celebrate her birthday, and it was fantastic! The service was impeccable, and the food was outstanding. We will definitely be returning.
