Little Caesars Pizza - Diberville

Cash was amazing, but some people didn't want to work, they sit there and look at why it's a line and don't help them teamwork they didn't have

Probably the worst location on the coast. Staff hide from customers, rarely seem to have hot and finished pizzas, and this is my third time getting hard like a stone bread sticks.

Customer service was ok, I guess the pizza was barely warm the crazy breads were cold and so the wing also frozen the tomato sauce for the crazy bread, how why can they put it at least 3 seconds in the micro or oven

I was recently at this point and thought I would try it out, the customer service here is cruel the first time in the last week I stood there without greeting while the two women boy's light skinned girls with long hair. sat behind the counter from the eyes with foul language while they knew that I was waiting to help, I could finally get my order. I thought it was just a single time, but I'm wrong. Today at 12:20 I came back to this place to pick up my order. The young lady there Lily was in the window with another customer conversation saw me at the door and slashed and returned to her client without welcoming me or showing me some kind of respect. I stood there for a few minutes without a word being told to me, while the ladies looked at me without a word. Ms. Lily even came around the corner and went all around me without a word and back to the person on the window. I could finally get my order today. But I will not return to this place very disappointed in this level of care.

Lousy customer service! I was waiting for someone to help me at the window, and the girl that did finally come to the window didn?t even say boo. No how may I help you. She just stood there staring at me. No wonder this place has issues with people being rude to them. Your staff needs to be trained in customer service and respect.
