Starbucks - Diberville

I visit this restaurant frequently since I work just across the street. The staff is always incredibly friendly, and the service is outstanding! Thank you for keeping me fueled with my caffeine fix!

I ordered a Venti Iced White Chocolate Mocha with extra everything, and I absolutely loved it! Thank you, Margie! I'm a huge fan of Starbucks!

The service here is quite slow, and the customer service leaves much to be desired. Occasionally, they do manage to make your drink correctly and charge you accurately. I would recommend going to the Starbucks across the street in Target instead.

This is honestly the slowest Starbucks I've ever visited. I waited in the drive-thru for over 40 minutes with eight cars ahead of me. It seems to be like this every single time I come here. I usually try to steer clear of this location because of the long wait times.

When I mentioned that I could have left much earlier if my name had been correctly noted, a staff member offered to reheat my items. However, she then insisted that she couldn't reheat them after I had touched them, so I requested a new sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich. When I received the new sandwich, there was no apology or any acknowledgment from her – not even a simple thank you. 1. On a busy day like today, there needs to be some management oversight. If there was a manager present, a plan of action was clearly lacking. The lobby was full of waiting customers, yet there was zero customer service. 2. Customers should be informed of an estimated wait time before finalizing their orders. 3. It’s essential to thank customers for their patience during busy times, especially when they are visibly frustrated. I have always loved this brand, but implementing a solid plan of action would greatly enhance the experience for both guests and staff. With 30 years of experience in hospitality and tourism, I know that improvements can be made.
